Our number one priority is the safety of our employees, contractors, & clients. That is why, effective immediately, we have shifted to our fully remote work from home model. Over the last 6 years, we have worked very hard to set everyone one of our employees and contractors up to seamlessly work from home. This ensures full redundancy and eliminates even the possibility of down time.

In light of some of the recent developments with Covid-19, these clients have been asking if Live Reps is capable of taking on a larger percentage of calls if their in house call centers are forced to cut back on staffing.

We have informed them that our remote model is perfectly suited to help during a crisis like this.

All of our reps are remote, work from home, remain PCI and HIPAA compliant and we have the ability to not only record all calls, but also we can screen capture as well.

We have the ability to staff up during normal business hours and remain always available after hours and on weekends (24/7/365).

The State of New York has taken advantage of the unique model we have. We are currently placing calls to residents of the State of New York to assist in scheduling their drive-thru testing appointments. Dear Live Reps Family,

The greatest strength we have as a company is our diversity.

We have an amazing team of independent thinking, intelligent, people that come from all walks of life.

As we encounter the daily stress and uncertainty in today’s world we are lucky to have a family culture in our company.

I realize the nature of our work is remote and we don’t get to physically see everyone on a regular basis.  BUT we are lucky to have this family of dedicated people and the ability to battle through this difficult time TOGETHER.  As we all try to take 1 day at a time I encourage anyone who needs emotional support, suggestions, guidance or just a friend…to reach out to our company leaders, me included.  Our ownership and management team are comprised of 18 people who are all copied on this chain.  Some are new to the company and other have been with us since our inception.

As a proud member of this team my energy and thoughts are with each and every one of you.  We appreciate you and without you we would not accomplish anything.  Our goal is to continue building our diverse team and clientele, but your safety and well-being are the top priority.
